great location friendly staff rooftop pool limited gym missing menu cleaning issue
I appreciated the hotel's location across from the metro station. made getting around very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool was nice. The kids loved it.
The gym was not great. it only had some free weights and one machine. the room service menu was missing. I had to call and wait quite a while. i had to ask them to clean my room.

convenient location, great service
friendly staff convenient location easy access
the staff was really friendly, always making sure i had what i needed. bikash, the cleaning man, was especially kind and helpful! the hotel is located right across from the metro station, made getting around super easy. i found a supermarket nearby, so it was easy to grab snacks and essentials.
the pool area on the rooftop felt a little small and crowded. it got quite busy, hard to relax sometimes. the noise from the traffic below was also quite noticeable from my room.

The reception and restaurant staff showed really good hospitality. They were attentive and helpful . chef sheikh abdulla, praba, and avijith really stood out. Their service was amazing!!! the team assisted with taxis and luggage efficiently.

My room was kept clean. The housekeeping responded quickly to every request. the room felt spacious, which helped. i always had what i needed for a pleasant visit.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's directly opposite the mashreq metro station. this made traveling around the area so simple and quick. i could get to various places without any hassle.

The breakfast had a decent selection. The prices were pretty reasonable for the area. the restaurant staff, especially pratik, provided excellent service. he always were really good too help me with anything i needed.

Excellent Hotel with Metro Access
easy access rooftop pool
The staff was always ready to help. The location across from the metro made getting around very easy. The rooftop pool was quite relaxing. I enjoyed the views and the chance to unwind after long days. I found the proximity to the metro and the cute staff to be particular highlights.

The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape with comfortable loungers. I also saw the gym and it included several cardio machines and free weights. Access to the metro station directly across the street provided quick transport.

I noted quick responses to requests from all staff members, from reception to housekeeping. Front desk staff assisted with directions, and provided information about local attractions. The hotel offers complimentary beach transfers with provided beach towels.

temperature fluctuation inadequate soundproofing
The room had issues. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly. The water alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. This made showering quite unpleasant. the soundproofing was inadequate. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. It was difficult to relax and get a good nights sleep.
